Yes, registration on the platform is free for everyone. New suppliers receive a free 30-day trial subscription, after which they can choose the appropriate plan.
To rent equipment, register as a customer, then search for the right equipment using the search engine or browse categories, then submit a rental request. The supplier will review the request, and upon approval, an electronic contract will be created for both parties to sign.
After submitting the request, the supplier reviews it. If approved, the supplier uploads documentary photos of all equipment details (current condition, parts, any exterior or interior observations). These photos are shown to the customer for approval before proceeding. After the customer approves the equipment photos, an electronic contract is created containing all details (duration, price, terms, with documentary photos attached as part of the contract). After both parties sign, the advance payment is confirmed (if applicable), then the rental begins.
The customer transfers the due amount directly to the supplier's bank account registered and verified on the platform. Important Notice: The platform is not responsible for any transfers made to any unverified account on the platform. The transfer must be made to the supplier's name registered on the platform.
If the equipment is delayed, you can contact the supplier via the platform's chat system. If the issue is not resolved, you can contact the support team for assistance.
After registering as a supplier, you can add your equipment through the dashboard. You will need to enter equipment details (name, type, model, daily rate, images, specifications) and they will appear in the available equipment list.
New suppliers receive a free 30-day trial subscription. After that, various packages are available (Basic Plan 50 SAR/month, Professional Plan 149.99 SAR/month, Business Plan 300 SAR/month, Complete Plan 500 SAR/month).
The amounts due to suppliers are transferred directly from customers to the supplier's own bank account registered and verified on the platform under the supplier's name. Important Notice: The platform is not responsible for any transfers made to any unverified account on the platform. The transfer must be made to the supplier's name registered on the platform.
If the customer damages the equipment or violates the terms of use, the supplier has the right to record a violation against the customer through the system. The supplier uploads documentary photos showing the extent of the damage to the equipment, which are automatically compared with the documentary photos uploaded during the contract creation stage (pre-rental equipment photos). If damage or defect not previously mentioned is confirmed, the contract and attached photos (before and after rental) are referred to the competent authorities to take the necessary legal procedures. The customer is notified of the violation with documentary photos attached, and has the right to object within 7 days from the date of notification.
Yes, electronic contracts on our platform are legally binding in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Law and E-Commerce Law in Saudi Arabia. The contract contains all details and obligations of both parties, along with documentary photos of the equipment as part of the contract.
