Stage 3: Contract Creation and Signing
- An electronic contract is created detailing all terms and conditions.
- When the customer clicks the "Sign Contract" button, this constitutes final and binding approval.
- When the supplier clicks the "Sign Contract" button (after the customer signs), the contract becomes legally binding.
- After both parties sign, neither party may withdraw from the contract except by mutual agreement.
Stage 4: Payment
- The supplier requests the advance payment (if applicable).
- The customer must upload proof of transfer (receipt) within the specified period.
- When the supplier clicks the "Confirm Payment" button, the supplier officially acknowledges receipt.
- Warning: Uploading an incorrect or forged transfer receipt exposes the customer to legal liability.
Stage 5: Start Rental
- After payment confirmation, the supplier prepares the equipment and uploads a photo of arrival.
- The customer receives a notification and must review the photo and location.
- When the customer clicks the "Confirm Start Rental" button, they acknowledge receipt of the equipment.
- From this moment, the actual rental period begins and the customer becomes legally responsible.
Stage 6: Completion
- When the rental period ends, the supplier uploads the final invoice and clicks "Request Completion".
